Our Story

Southside Builders was founded in 2018 by Joe Richardson, Jr. with the goal to build exceptional quality custom homes with property owners in the Twin Creeks lake community.

As we received the opportunity to work with tons of incredible & unique clients, our team grew to include Joe Jr's father, brother, and several other now-core members of the team.

Our mission as we continue to grow is to continue helping property owners build the homes of their dreams with high quality materials through a process that is easy & fun from beginning to move-in.
